Let your imagination run wild in our 35 seat, 1000sft space in the heart of DUMBO, just steps from the F train at York Street. Our space is perfect for rehearsals, comedy shows, readings, workshops and small projects.
You handle all your own ticketing and we never take a cut of the door. Rehearsal Rates: $40 Per Hour (1 hour minimum) Available Monday - Friday 10am-4pm Evening Performance Rates: $300 for a 3 hour block. Choose either a 6-9pm slot, 9-12am slot, or book the whole evening. Weekend Matinee Performance Rates: $300 for a 4 hour block Saturday and Sunday from 12pm-4pm Non-Profits/Fiscally Sponsored organizations get 50% off all hourly bookings! Email us at [email protected] with proof of nonprofit status prior to booking for a unique discount code. You may provide your own box/office house manager and technical director, or email us to book one of our team members for the night. We also offer full week performance and rehearsal lock out rates.
